Over the Edge Raleigh 2015

Are you brave enough to step over the edge?

Over the edge is the perfect way to follow Special Olympics North Carolina athletes’ example and show the world what bravery looks like! Participants rappel down a skyscraper as they raise funds and awareness for thousands of Special Olympics athletes from across the state.

Over the Edge for Special Olympics North Carolina is back in 2015! It will take place on October 2-3rd as participants rappel down 30 stories of the Wells Fargo Capitol Center.

In order to participate, you must raise at least $1,000 by the event date. To help make that easy and fun, you will be provided a personal online fundraising webpage to collect donations from family and friends! Register below and create your personal online fundraising webpage to meet the $1,000 fundraising minimum! For interested participants who would rather pay in full, contact Leslie Moyar for Other the Edge Raleigh.

Special Olympics provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
